When you are surf fishing, try eating some of the "trash fish" you'd normally throw back. Atlantic threadfin are delicious, meat is white, flakey, and sweet. These footlongs are easy to clean, not a lot of bones. Takes the pressure off of the popular species we target. Yummy!
